The Story

Ben Childers calls Corbin, Kentucky home, the gateway town to many of Kentucky’s finest natural attractions. Ben travels throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, and areas throughout the rest of Appalachia and beyond to capture imagery of natural attractions. In addition to his personal photography adventures, Ben serves as the CEO of BCP Real Estate Media, a commercial media company dedicated to serving clients across Kentucky and Tennessee. Ben is also an attorney at the firm of Freeman Childers where he works in the practice areas of personal injury, banking litigation, and small business law.

In November 2024, Ben was elected in the general election to serve as a Member of the Corbin Independent School Board. In addition to his work on the Corbin School Board as a whole, Ben also serves on the District’s Building Committee.

Ben graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BA in Political Science in 2020, then the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law with a JD in 2022. While at UK and UK Law, Ben was the first student to complete the UK BLUE program, an honors pathway designed to give select individuals an accelerated path to law school.
